About
Systems thinker. People-first. AI-enabled.
I don’t come into environments with a predetermined answer. I come in with a process — look at how things are actually running, find where the friction is, and build something that holds.
That’s been the consistent thread across 15+ years of work in nonprofits, startups, and large institutions. The organizations have been different. The tools have been different. The problems have had different names. But the pattern has been the same: something isn’t working as well as it should, the people inside it are absorbing the cost, and the fix requires both strategic thinking and disciplined execution.
I’m PMP-certified — not because a credential proves competence, but because the discipline of project management is built into how I approach every engagement. Scope matters. Timelines matter. What’s in and what’s out matters. I bring that structure whether I’m leading an internal team or working with an external client.
And increasingly, AI is part of how I work — not as a shortcut, but as a tool that extends what’s possible when you know how to use it intentionally.
I’m available for director level and above roles — environments where I can build something that matters, not maintain someone else’s workaround.
“The tools change from organization to organization. What doesn’t change is how quickly I learn them — and how often I become the person others come to when something isn’t working.”
Design Principles
Human-centered by default
The best system in the world doesn’t work if the people using it weren’t considered in the design. I build for the user, not the org chart.
Right-sized, not over-engineered
Complexity isn’t sophistication. The right solution fits where you actually are — and leaves room to grow without requiring a rebuild.
Continuous improvement over perfection
Version one doesn’t have to be perfect. It has to work, be documented, and be improvable. That’s how operational infrastructure actually matures.
